Hello,

I am trying to connect our Zoho CRM account to a phone. This implies syncing Google contacts and Zoho CRM contacts, and also using the Zoho Card Scanner app. But we have run into a couple of issues.

1/ After scanning a business card with the app, sometimes the contact takes some hours to appear in Zoho CRM. Is it supposed to be instant? How often does the app sync with Zoho?

2/ Google integration allows bidirectional syncing of Zoho contacts and Google contacts. Is it limited to Zoho contacts? It isn't possible to sync Google contacts to Zoho leads?
