Quickbooks Integration with Zoho and QB Licences

Quickbooks Integration with Zoho and QB Licences

I have downloaded the QB QWC file, do I have to have an active licence and file of QB on the computer I will primarily be running Zoho CRM on?  If not how does the QB file integrate?

Current Situation:

My office Admin has QB Preimer Plus 2014 on a PC, I have a laptop I use in the field (being the owner and sales person) and need the integration with QB, this laptop does not have a Quickbooks Licence.  Please advise the proper way of doing this....
