See attached screenshot. These are the recent activities for one of my subscriptions. I appreciate knowing the "who" and "when", but I still need to know "what" happened. This is a step in the right direction, but not finished. A very common recent activity is "Subscription updated without any line-item changes". This appears 3 times in the screenshot.PLEASE TELL ME WHAT WAS CHANGED. Don't just tell me the subscription was updated. Tell me what was updated. For example:

"Custom field titled __________ was changed from ___(old value)___ to ___(new value)___"
