As I've been away it's only this week that I've come into contact with the new pricing structure. The biggest grievance I have at this point is being forced to pay for 5 users when there is only me. I really don't understand this logic. I would also add that in check back over my emails over the last few months there was absolutely no announcement that pricing was going to change on any of my subscriptions. 

Quite honest I feel very cheated by Zoho. Kind of led into the application through a liberal use then hit hard with fees once usage has taken hold. 

Not particularly happy at all. There appears to be a move like this across all the apps. What happens to us single business owner users? Why do I have to pay for 5 users? Yes I do share and collaborate but with Zoho users who pay for their accounts.
