Hi,

I was just trying to add my Twilio number in through Phonebridge or Telephony, and I wasn't able to do this. I found articles that say I can do this, but Twilio just doesn't show up in the list of Telephony integrations anymore.

It seems like Zoho replaced the direct Twilio connection with their own Zoho Telephony app - which is also built on Twilio. This would be fine, except for the fact that I would need to port my number from Twilio, to an app built on Twilio - AND I would have to pay MUCH higher prices than I currently pay with Twilio, for basically the same core service???

Can someone clarify this? How could this ever be considered a good idea for us (your users)?
