On some of my appointments I get the following small logo next to the time:

What does it mean?

Furthermore on each one of the appointments where this small logo appears, I can't add any "Repeats". The drop down menu just won't appear when I click on it. 

I am therefore assuming that the above logo next to the time is linked to my not being able to add repeats to these appointments.
