I use paid Zoho to build my blog website. I have some comments on some of my posts but I don't seem to be able to reply them??

I noticed that on Wordpress, whenever we leave a comment, we have to write our name, e-mail, and website (if we have any). Can we have that option to so that the commentor can write their website. So far they only have to write down their e-mail and name.
