Reply to email in CRM does not work

Reply to email in CRM does not work

When email comes in, I read it and when I try to reply I cannot and always get an error as follows "Please enter in a valid To".  When I click reply, the format shows as FirstName LastName < firstname.lastname@domainname.com> and maybe this is the issue, can this be resolved ASAP and I am surprised no one has requested this to be fixed, thanks.
