Retain the association between a lead and a Zoho Sign Document after the lead is converted to a Contact

Hi,

Whenever we convert a lead to a contact via BLUEPRINT, the Contact in 'Zoho Sign Documents' module will not be updated.

I came across this link to solve the issue, however, this solution doesn't work.

I believe that the conversion via blueprint is what causing the issue, but I am not sure.

Can you please help me find a solution?
