Right click on website redirects

I have a site hosted through Zoho and recently I noticed that when you right click on my website a new tab opens up with a random website. Is my website hacked or compromised? I am beginner and used trail and error to build this website, don't know if this redirect to a new tab is due to something I did. Any help is greatly appreciated.
