Ring Central soft phone not working

Ring Central soft phone not working

I have installed the zoho Phone Bridge for Ring Central.  The problem is that it will only ring to a hard phone.  I cannot get ring central to ring to my soft phone.  How do I get this fixed?

I have completely removed the hard phone from the equation logged out and logged completely back in to Ring Central and nothing changes.
