Can this please be fixed with urgency? Should be a quick fix - just an internal email template problem.
The RingCentral meeting integration has an issue.
The meeting invite email is not including the necessary PIN (meeting ID) information in the One-Tap phone text string or the PIN: text string.
It does include the PIN in the URL for the video meeting but is missing in the other 2 spots in the email.
This makes it unusable as a feature for sending out the invites, as many customers choose to either do their audio on the phone or just call in to avoid the video hassle.
