SalesInBox when SENT through ZOHO CRM
So, my small company works with other small companies and recommends CRM systems. We are testing out ZOHO which APPEARS to have wonderful features YET I run into some issues which cause some of us to start MISTRUSTING the system. An example for the community's comments and ideas are:
I was told that SalesInBox and its SENT folder will NOT contain SENT items from ZOHO CRM. I find that odd - such as whats the point of it then?
HOW DO YOU USE SAlesInBox AND do you feel it delivers the emails with FULL confidence?
