Hello Zoho, 

I'm writing because I have started putting together my yearly meeting schedule in Project and now noticed that the 4.0 version has a very clunky member selection interface. 
With the 3.0 version, I can select all members with one click, or I can select 5 members with 5 clicks, just by checking the boxes beside their names. 

With the 4.0 version, I must select each member, one at a time, with another click in between to open the member dialogue. To select all members, it's AVERSIVE. Seriously. If I want twenty people in the meeting that requires 40 clicks, whereas in the previous version it was 1 !?! This is a terrible change in service. 
I've recorded a short 2min video to demonstrate the situation that this creates in a project whose team is of reasonable size. 
MY SUGGESTION- give some sort of multiple person selection interface. It could be a CTRL+CLICKS or having the field open a checkbox and save interface. The point is, this 4.0 selection tool is far below the 3.0 version and you make a new version to IMPROVE functionalities.
