Searching for Accounts in CRM Mobile App
We have a lot of accounts with the same name - like a chain, for instance. In the web-based software, we are able to utilize the Location and City fields to indicate differences between similarly named accounts.
For example:
ABC Cafe might be in here several times and perhaps three are in the same city, so we're able to search for just Baltimore ABC Cafes and then look down the list of locations to find the street name or nickname to differentiate.
This function doesn't appear to be obvious in the mobile app. We have hundreds of accounts with the same name and our mobile users have to click through each one until they find what they need - because only the account name is available.
Is there a way to display more than the account name in the mobile app listing of accounts?
