Seccure connection? are you sure?

Hi, i would like to know if your totally sure that Zoho assist is working with security, i noticed the web enabled viewer has no encrption meaning anyone could easily replicate your IP and view what your seeing without hassle. i want to know why this hasnt been encripted? please be honest.

Im working on mission critical reports, i dont want clients complaining they have been hacked by malware.
