Send a Zoho form to obtain documents to attach to the "attachments" section of a profile
Hello,
I am very new to the Zoho platform but do have some background in programming in general. I don't think I've quite understood the flow and platform yet enough to answer my question.
I would like to create a form (web form? zoho creator app?; something I can send to select clients by email, say) that prompts customers I send it to, to attach specific documents that when submitted will attach to the "attachments" section of the client's profile.
Something like..
Attach document 1 here <Attach field>
Attach document 2 here <Attach field>
---------------------------------------------------------------
which when submitted attaches those docs to the customer's profile. Am I making sense? Is this possible?
I would appreciate any help or guidance.
p.s. I have made the form I need through the Zoho Creator app but I"m not sure how to share it or tell it to send the responses to the attachments section.
