Hi,

This must be simple enough. i have a MailMerge Template and I can email the Merge to any field in the Employee Form (Email_ID etc) 

However I want to email the Employee details to an external payroll email. How can I achieve this? I know I can CC them in the merge but I would still wind up have the email-to: field set as Email_ID or his hiring manager or one of the other email fields within in the form.

Any way to just enter the email-to: field manually? Do I need to add the payroll email to the form?
