Server not Connecting? Not Receiving E-mails?
I had this error message come up yesterday,
The Server could not be connected. Check whether the Server is available to connect in the given name and port number.
After waitning 24 hours and no reply from Zoho support, I stumbled onto the below, and this has worked, I can now get emails.
This will bring up your Zoho mail app add-on.
Look at your primary e-mail address, mine was marked as 'disabled' for some reason, hover over the 'disabled' word and click on it to enable the e-mail account.
Then go back to your Zoho CRM - Emails module, refresh the page and it should all be working good as gold. If not, keep persisting with Zoho support. Good luck!
