Set Global Task Notifications to be sent to each use task user for a project 3 days and 7 days prior to a task due date and another for one day prior to a task starting

Can an enhancement request be put in to Zoho to be able to set global task notifications to be sent to each use task user for a project  3 days and 7 days prior to a task due date and another for one day prior to a task starting?  This way it is a notification for all users that is set at the time a project starts vs each task having to be set individually.
