I set the work week to start on Wednesday and end on Thursday, the times from 11 to 4. 

However, when I share the calendar, it shows the current week as available every day - only when you look at future weeks, does it restrict the open times to Wednesday and Thursday.

I'm sure this must be a common request - for example if a person is going to multiple locations - a different day each week, they want to show their availability just to that day. Is there a way to do this effectively?
