Shopify Integration - Customers being created as 'accounts' in CRM
Hey all,
We have 2 sides to our business, B2B & B2C.
B2C orders are placed through Shopify - we use the Shopify integration for this.
Zoho Inventory sync's with Zoho CRM.
The issue I am facing is that B2C consumer customers are being created as 'Accounts' in CRM (through the sync), when they should be created as 'Contacts' only.
Is there a way to change this sync?
