I was looking through your Zoho Assist pricing plans ( https://www.zoho.com/assist/remote-support-pricing.html). I was just wondering if you guys should also consider providing prepaid plans so that casual freelancers can make use of the same. For them the monthly and yearly contracts may be prohibitively costly and the free options may be too limited.
