Can someone please help me with a client script to achieve the following? I've already tried a couple of different scripts I've found on here (updating to match my details etc...) but none of them seem to work. No errors flagged in the codes, it just doesn't do anything.

We have a team of people (all set up under the same profile as they all have the same role in the organisation) who all need access to the records in a particular module. However, there is 1 particular field in these records that we only want the record owner and people with an Administrator profile to be able to view. This 1 field should be hidden from all other users in the team, but they still need access to the rest of the info in the record, therefore we can not simply make the records private, they must be set to public. I believe a client script is the best way to achieve this but as I mentioned, none of the ones I've tried so far have worked.
