Showing content from one form in another form

I have a form, "Project registration", containing information about my company's projects. 

In another form, "Project evaluation", I want the user to enter the user to enter the project number. Based on this number, informaton about the corresponding project in "Project registration" should be retrieved and displayed (no editing) in the form (Project leader, budget etc.). This is useful as background information. 

Any suggestions, tips?
