I want to build a form, which fills in a specific document depending on the "region" you have chosen, on Zoho writer.
For example: As part of our business process, we have to submit a application form to our local Municipality on behalf of our clients. The content of each application is more or less the same - it is just the header and format etc that is different depending on Municipality.

I want to create a single form where I capture the information from the client, where they also choose their Municipality. Based on the Municipality the have chosen, it merges that specific application form on zoho writer.

I therefore dont want the form to merge with all 200 application forms, only with the one the application form the client selected on the zoho form.

Is this possible?
