SIP integration with Zoho CRM
Hi our company is Zoho reseller in Russia.
We need to find easy solution for integrating CRM with phone channel for our customers.
Now we want to set it up for our company and then replicate for customers.
Our company uses
http://www.mango-office.ru/ for telephone communications with our clients. Now we want integrate Zoho CRM and phone channel. I asked technical support of Mango and they say that the best solution for integration is using SIP method (VOIP).
Could you tell me how can I integrate CRM and Mango via SIP?
