In addition to myself as Admin on our site, I want to one person as an Admin, and another as Contributor.

1.  I do not see how to add as Contributor.

2. I gave one user Admin-level permissions, but when that person tries to access Sites, she gets the message "You reached the maximum number of free sites..." I have three sites, one is active under my Zoho One subscription, and the other two are in the Trial Period mode.  I need my active Zoho One licensees to have access as Admin and/or Contributor in sites.  How do I get that done?
