Slideshow and Contact form are showing as blank spaces on pages

Slideshow and Contact form are showing as blank spaces on pages

Hi,

I am unable to see any slideshow or contact form on my webpage, which I am able to see in Edit site window. Once I publish, they automatically disappear.

Kindly help.
