Embed visual collaboration Spaces in your presentations using the Vani add-on

Hello everyone! This month’s spotlight feature is the Vani add-on for Zoho Show.

Every time you pause your presentation to open another tab or pull up supporting material, you lose a bit of momentum. At Zoho Show, we design features that keep everything you need within reach, so your narrative moves forward smoothly and your audience stays focused from start to finish.

The Vani add-on is a step in that direction. It lets you embed your Vani Spaces directly into your slides—whether it’s a cloud architecture diagram, customer journey map, or brainstorm board. In this post, we’ll explore what the add-on does and how you can get started.

New to Vani?

Vani is Zoho’s visual collaboration platform that brings your team’s ideas, context, and discussions onto a single infinite canvas—making collaboration more visual and connected.

You can use Vani to create mind maps and flowcharts, collaborate in real time, and move from ideas to execution with dedicated design and diagramming kits and integrations. AI-powered creation also helps your team turn concepts into visuals with minimal effort.

How to embed Vani Spaces into your slides

Once you install the add-on from the Add-On Store, open your presentation in Zoho Show and click Vani in the Add-On window.

Search for the Space you want and embed it directly into your slide as a live, interactive frame. You can also choose to share it externally before embedding.

Any updates made to a Space in Vani are automatically reflected in your presentation, ensuring everything stays in sync so you can walk into every meeting fully prepared.
Notes
Note: You can also create a new Space in Vani directly using the add-on.

Where can this be useful?

The Vani add-on supports a wide range of teams and workflows:
  1. Cloud architects and DevOps engineers can embed AWS or Azure architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, network topologies, and ER diagrams directly into client presentations.

  2. Product managers can bring sprint boards, roadmaps, and process flowcharts into stakeholder presentations to provide full context.

  3. Marketing and creative teams can embed customer journey maps, campaign flows, and brainstorm boards to keep the strategy and story visible during reviews.
No matter your role, if you work visually in Vani, your Spaces can now become part of your Zoho Show presentations in just a click.
