SSL Certificate STILL not renewed 8 hours after problem reported

Hello.

I'm disgusted that 8 hours after reporting to ZOHO that the security certificate THEY provided has EXPIRED, the problem has not been resolved. Today is a busy day for me and my customers cannnot access the site.
