I noticed that Google Chrome started rejecting access to my site as the connection is not private from this week. It looks like SSL is only available on the business plan for Zoho sites - when did this change? 

I have signed up to business and am trying to get it to work with the Let's Encrypt solution provided by Zoho. I get this message: 

However, if I refresh the page around 5 minutes later I get this message. Please could you advise what I should do?
