Hi,

My name is Jim Walker. I own a company called Modern Canine Services In the Phoenix Arizona area. We do local Dog Training and also educational content online.

We would like to start offering FREE dog training for people, especially anyone who has just adopted a dog. However we don't want to get bogged down with answering the phone and trying to set up a time for dog training and then when we meet, wast time on filling out the paperwork.

Right now we are using multiple web-based applications and I would like to see if we could move everything to Zoho. 

My idea is a client would go to our website and click on a link that will take them to a booking calendar. They would fill in their information and that information would be transferred to a contract and they could book their session at that time. We will also do Free online phone consultations. Since there is no money being transferred I don't need to set up any kind of a  Billing System. The contract could be signed online or I can show up with an iPad with the contract and they could sign the iPad. The main idea is that there is no paperwork and the client does the work online. So all we need to do is have the Trainer show up for the Training.

I have already figured out how to use the booking software and the CRM software. I'm just not sure if you can merge the database with a contract and the booking at the same time. 

I guess the question that I am asking is can Zoho do something like that, and if it can, In what order would I set up the transaction. 

I hope this is enough information to give you an idea what we are trying to do.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated as I am very excited about getting this volunteer program started.
