How can I stop Workdrive from moving new deal folders created to being moved under account folders?

Workflow is currently create new deal (property listing), assign to account (in this case agent on real estate team). I want to have all deals stay under the Zoho CRM Deals folder in Workdrive where it would be created if no account (agent) was assigned, but still be able to assign an account. 

I hope that made sense :-\ I could not see any way to prevent it from automatically moving the deal folders.
