Suggestions for Kiosk Functionality Improvements in Zoho People

Hello Zoho Team,

I’d like to share some feedback and suggestions regarding the Kiosk functionality in Zoho People, as there are two important points that affect user experience and compliance:

  1. Visual Confirmation of Check-In Status
    It would be extremely helpful if users could see a clear indication that their time tracking is active after they check in—similar to how Zoho Cliq shows a running clock when integrated. While I understand that this is not a native feature of the Kiosk itself, having a visible, dynamic timer reassures employees that their check-in was successful and prevents duplicate entries.

  2. Access to Historical Attendance Records
    Users should be able to view their own attendance records, at least for the current and previous month. In many countries, including here in Brazil, this is required by labor regulations. Being able to review one’s own punches promotes transparency and compliance and helps avoid disputes about working hours.

As both a partner and an end user, I truly want to see the product continue to evolve in ways that support real-world needs.
