We would like to request support for uploading YouTube videos longer than 60 minutes directly through Zoho Social.
Your support team informed us that Zoho Social currently cannot upload videos over 60 minutes due to “API limitations.” However, based on our testing and usage of other integration platforms - including Make.com, which also uses the standard YouTube Data API - it is clear that the YouTube API does allow uploading long-form videos without this duration restriction.
This indicates that the limitation exists only within Zoho Social’s current implementation, not in YouTube’s API itself.
Use Case:
We regularly upload long-form content such as:
- Webinars
- Training sessions
- Product walkthroughs
- Long tutorials
These often exceed 60 minutes, and the inability to upload them from Zoho Social forces us to switch platforms, which breaks the workflow and removes the scheduling and analytics benefits Zoho Social provides.
Requested Enhancement:
Please update Zoho Social’s YouTube integration so that it supports:
- Uploading videos longer than 60 minutes
- Handling larger file sizes required by long-form content
This would bring Zoho Social’s capabilities in line with what the YouTube API already supports via other tools and would significantly improve the publishing flow for long-duration content.
