Here's what I want to achieve.

As you're all probably aware, getting sales staff to ask customers "where did you hear about us?" is an ongoing pain the behind and often an answer is chosen in Zoho CRM just to satisfy the marketing manager (i.e. me).

So what I'd like is for a survey email to be sent when a potential is created that includes my field for enquiry source that will allow the customer to pick where they heard about us and for this information to be passed back to their record.

Can this be achieved with the web-to-XXXX forms plus workflow or Zoho Creator perhaps?
