SYN PROBLEM IN ZOHO CRM AND INVOICE

Hi ! 


i have created a new invoice , by adding a new customer from zoho invoice , it should be reflect in ZOHO CRM after 24 hours..  but its not displaying in CRM.... 

using id - 
hr@bansalclassesdelhi.com


but it is showing using this id- 
info@bansalclassesdelhi.com

CUST. NAME - ONKAR
INVOICE # - EDINV0047


please check the problem and resolve ASAP.
