sync accounts/contacts where books is more up to date
In my implementation I have lost sync between CRM and Books. Books is where all of our day to day work is done. However I am looking to begin leveraging CRM.
I want to be sure that when I initiate sync, that where a customer company is present in both, that the more recently updated Books data would overwrite the CRM company and contacts data. When the two were setup I had sync'd the data between the two. Now we have many new customer organizations and the contact names and titles have been updated in Books.
Is this possible? When I look at the documentation, it seems that the assumption is made that CRM always has superior data.
