Sync Calls and sent items with outlook

Sync Calls and sent items with outlook

I am trying to sync calls scheduled in Zoho with outlook can anyone help. Also I can not sync the sent items from within Outlook to Zoho, received items are working fine and linking to contacts. Can anyone point me in the right direction please.
