Sync Zoho CRM from mobile to cloud not working....
I am having problems with the mobile Zoho CRM App on my iPhone. Sync from the cloud to mobile works fine, but not the other way around. Any changes I make on my laptop can be seen on my phone App, but the notes I add on the phone don't sync up to the lap top.
I have a week's worth of visit notes that I have entered (and are still visible) in my phone but they are not syncing with the Cloud. I don't want to press "Reset" in the mobile app as that will wipe out all my un-synced notes.
Any suggestions as to how to fix this?
