From what I read in the integration between Zoho CRM & Zoho books description (below) I should be able to create a product in Zoho CRM and have it synced to Zoho Books, but this did not work for me. I created a product in Zoho CRM and it is not showing up on Zoho Books items.  Any suggestions?
