Task for multiple external users

Task for multiple external users

Hi all,

I’ve just started using Zoho and need some help please. I want to create a project to manage some training. 

Each project has multiple tasks which are carried out by external users (10 tasks in total, one per external user). 

What’s the best way to set this up so when a new person is added the external users can:

a) be notified of an action
b) can access to see the status of their tasks and mark them complete
