Telephony Module built into Zoho

I'm looking for an easier way to record my call results from the telephony module using Twilio.

When the call is complete, you can enter notes or create a new action. Is there a way to insert call results into the Call pop up screen after the call?

I'm trying to build reports and I am updating a field called lead status, but when I run a report, its not pulling the data. 

If I can just select from a drop down call results that would work perfectly for me.
