Is there a time tracking feature? Is there a way to report monthly on total time spent on tickets, whether open or closed?

For instance, a client of mine pays me for "up to 10 hours" of service per month. I need to know how much time I've spent in total per month, but also what Issues I've worked, and how much time I've spent on each issue. Number of open/closed tickets is irrelevant...total time and time per ticket is what matters.

Is this possible with Zoho Support?
