What is the simplest way of getting timesheet data by Milestone?  I can do it by Project since the timesheet table contains ProjectID, but it doesn't contain Milestone ID.

Ultimately, I'm trying to calculate the cost of a milestone based on submitted timesheets, multiplying the hours by the cost-per-hour rate to put on a Dashboard.
