Con los tiempos que corren, podemos ver el tiempo que tenemos a nuestra disposición para realizar esas tareas que teníamos pendientes pero que no encontrábamos el momento para hacer - entre ellas, dedicar un par de horas para tener nuevas ideas, practicar algo que no hayas hecho antes, y poner en orden tu CRM. Algunas semanas atrás estuvimos tratando las bases de datos de CRM y su cuidado en los Tips and Tricks de la comunidad en español. Hoy, añadiendo uno más a la colección, vamos a hablar de cómo puedes mantener organizada tu página de inicio de CRM.

Tip #20: Mantén ordenada la pantalla de inicio de tu CRM - por ti y por tus compañeros.
La pantalla de Inicio de un CRM es crucial para muchos de nosotros. Desde ella podemos organizar nuestro trabajo, y lo mejor es que podemos diseñarla a nuestra manera. Por el contrario, tener una pantalla de inicio con demasiados datos irrelevantes para nuestro día a día puede descentrarnos.

En el tip de hoy, voy a daros algunos consejos de cómo mantener una pantalla de inicio de CRM limpia y con sólo lo que te interese.

Las Vistas son tus aliadas.
Las vistas te ayudan a ver sólo aquellos componentes del negocio que más te interesen en un primer vistazo. Tu pantalla de inicio de CRM contiene tres tipos de vistas: Vista Clásica, Pantalla de Inicio del usuario, y Pantalla de Inicio personalizada.



La Vista Clásica incluye tres paneles principales: Mis Tareas Abiertas, Mis Eventos de Hoy, e Importe por Etapa de Trato. Esta selección viene por defecto.

La Pantalla de Inicio del usuario puede utilizarse para personalizar la página de inicio, mostrando sólo los componentes que quieres ver. Por ejemplo, si tu rol es el de Ventas para la zona del Levante, te podrá interesar más el funnel de ventas de la zona, o las cuentas clave de la zona.

La Pantalla de Inicio personalizada te permite crear una vista común según rol en CRM, basándote en lo que quieres que vean. Por ejemplo, puedes crear una página compartida para los comerciales en la que incluyes componentes que quieres que vean a diario, como las ventas del mes por producto.

Organiza y crea grupos de Pestañas
Puedes organizar las pestañas para mostrar sólo los módulos que más te importan, con doble ventaja: mantener la pantalla de inicio limpia, y navegar fácilmente dentro de Zoho CRM. Quédate con los módulos que más te interesan, ocultando los que no quieras ver, y añadiendo los que sí.



Además, puedes realizar el mismo proceso para un departamento, o en general para un grupo de usuarios, mediante las Pestañas de Grupo.
