Hoy comentaremos algunos componentes esenciales para crear invitaciones a webinars utilizando Zoho Campaigns. ¡Empezamos!
Tip #8: La anatomía del correo de invitación a webinar perfecto.
El objetivo de las campañas de correo electrónico de invitación a webinars es la de despertar el interés de tus contactos, para que posteriormente asistan al evento. Para conseguirlo, la invitación debe contener la información necesaria. Para nosotros, estos son los componentes clave:
El asunto del correo
El asunto debería contener el nombre del webinar. De esta forma, tus contactos entienden el motivo del correo. La claridad, ya desde el asunto, incrementa la posibilidad de que el contacto abra el correo. Además, la personalización del asunto también puede incrementar el índice de apertura de tu campaña. Puedes utilizar las etiquetas de personalización al escribir el asunto de campaña en Zoho Campaigns:
La fecha y hora del webinar
A la hora de realizar un webinar debemos de tomar en cuenta no sólo la disponibilidad de los ponentes, si no el mejor momento para nuestros asistentes. Por lo general, los fines de semana no son una buena opción para realizar webinars, mientras que los martes y los jueves suelen ser los mejores días. En caso de que contemos con audiencias de regiones con distintas zonas horarias, puedes añadir un enlace en la invitación para que tus contactos puedan ver el día y la hora en la zona horaria en la que se encuentran. Para ello, te recomendamos integrar Zoho Meeting y Zoho Campaigns:
De forma que toda la información sobre el webinar que hayas creado en Zoho Meeting aparezca, de forma automática, en tu plantilla prediseñada de Zoho Campaigns:
La descripción del webinar
El correo electrónico debe dar una idea general sobre el webinar. ¿Qué aprenderán los asistentes? ¿Cómo les ayudará? La descripción debe responder siempre a estas preguntas. Un valor añadido a esta descripción es la presentación del ponente de tu webinar, con una pequeña introducción y su foto, que aportarán una mayor cercanía.
Gracias a la integración de Zoho Meeting y Zoho Campaigns, esta información también se puede cargar desde la página del webinar.
La llamada a la acción (CTA)
El componente más importante a la hora de elaborar un correo electrónico para un webinar es el botón CTA. Puedes copiar el enlace de registro y añadir un texto hipervinculado, o vincularlo a un botón como CTA. Nuestro consejo: crear un enlace corto, para que los destinatarios puedan compartirlo fácilmente en otras plataformas.
Tono positivo - desde el inicio hasta el cierre
Los webinars son una buena ocasión para aprender algo nuevo, así como socializar con otras personas. Asegúrate de incluir un tono positivo en el mensaje para animar a las personas interesadas en el tema a tratar a que asistan a la sesión. La conclusión de tu correo también puede contener un mensaje cercano, con frases como "Te esperamos" o "Nos vemos en la sesión", que inviten al recipiente a participar en el evento.
