Om vertrouwd te raken met jouw eigen CRM is het belangrijk dat je de specifieke termen ervan kent. Hieronder vind je een lijst van woorden die tot de CRM taal van
Bigin behoren.
Modules
Alle gegevens in jouw CRM zijn onderverdeeld in deze 6 onderdelen:
Deals, Contactpersonen, Bedrijven, Producten, Activiteiten en Dashboards.
Deze onderdelen worden Modules genoemd. De module Contactpersonen bevat bijvoorbeeld alle gegevens over klanten en Activiteiten bevat alle informatie over evenementen.
Records
Elk gegeven in een module is een record. Bijvoorbeeld de contactgegevens in de module Contactpersonen zijn een record.
Velden
Een enkel stukje informatie in een record wordt een veld genoemd. In de Contactpersonen module voor het record van het contact Mr. Durand, kan een veld bijvoorbeeld de bedrijfsnaam zijn, de voornaam, het email adres, etc.
Om het nog even duidelijk te maken:
Velden zijn informatie stukjes binnen een record, records zijn gegevens binnen een module en een module is alle records van een bepaald onderdeel.
Deals
Verkoopkansen worden Deals genoemd. Je kunt jouw deals in de pijplijn volgen in deze module.
Pijplijn
Alle stappen die nodig zijn om van een prospect een contact te maken.
Activiteiten
Alle acties die je in
Bigin uitvoert zijn activiteiten, zoals: taken, oproepen, gebeurtenissen, etc.
Dashboards
Een dashboard geeft je een globaal overzicht van de belangrijkste elementen om de efficiëntie van jouw team te analyseren. Je kunt het aanpassen door jouw KPI's en tabellen toe te voegen aan het dashboard of door bepaalde gegevens te markeren.
Rol
De hiërarchische organisatie van jouw bedrijf kan in Bigin worden omgezet door verschillende rollen te creëren. Hiermee kun je de toegang tot gegevens beheren volgens hun hiërarchisch niveau. Medewerkers met een hogere status kunnen de gegevens zien van de rollen onder hen en niet omgekeerd.
