Hello, we have recently a build an intergration with one of our products, which pushes data into a custom module into our CRM.

The data we are pushing is initialed, but we would like to be able to create a key for when this creates the module entry

For Example

L = Live

R = Revoked

U = Unassigned

The way this is currently working is pushing the data 'L' into the drop down field.

Is this possible in the CRM?
